ONYX EQUITIES CUSTOM WEBSITE DESIGN

We shifted the focus of the Onyx site to highlight their featured properties, or “success stories,” building a new layout for property pages with large photos and a custom icon set to view amenities. Leveraging their existing website structure, we integrated VTS and gave the site a more streamlined, minimal feel. The site is now optimized for search engine visibility, and features a clean layout.

ICON LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT

We developed an icon library to visually represent property features. When editing properties on the backend, Onyx can select as many features needed.

PROPERTY BRANDING AND MARKETING

We strategically developed and crafted a powerful brand and marketing campaign for Onyx’s properties. This entailed brand strategy, positioning, and messaging, visual identity and collateral, website design and development, email marketing campaigns, print and digital ads, and more. From amenities to building specs, we made sure that the properties were ready for market.
